July 1, 2017, I simply STOPPED eating sugar and starch!
I had yo-yo'd for years, alternately following a very Low-carb regimen, but periodically BINGING on carbs....and those binges began with a decision to "eat just one" or making an exception to my diet with a carb-meal or treat! The only way I stopped the lapses in my sanity was to go 'cold turkey' and simply refuse to eat anything I knew was made with sugar or starch. Now it's easy, but I am still aware that I must continue in order to stay in control of my carboholic addictive behavior! I feel kinda' like an alcoholic who is staying sober!
