JUST DO IT!


My "diet" is not a "do it when you feel like it" lifestyle....it works best when we consistently BAN SUGAR/STARCH from our eating choices. When they are gone, we FEEL LIKE IT.....when we mess up a little and let them back in, we DON'T FEEL LIKE IT!  The carbs & sugars cry out for MORE carbs and sugars! The ONLY way to stay motivated and in control of our appetite is to STAY AWAY from foods that are not on the list!  You can do it! I can do it!  We've already proven to ourselves and others that it works.....it's just a matter of CONSISTENTLY using the tools we have been given. Do you WANT to lose weight today? Then JUST DO IT! Regardless of how you feel!!
